We view Voltas Ltd. (Voltas) as an ideal play on the industrial growth of the country, with its focus on Electro-Mechanical Projects and Services (EMP), Unitary Cooling Products (UCP) and Engineering Products and Services. Far surpassing the country’s GDP growth, the company’s top-line and bottom-line grew at CAGR of 25% and 51% respectively, during FY06-10. Strong Balance Sheet, Negligible Debt
Though the company operates in highly capital-intensive businesses, its leverage has been minimal over the last few years. As a result, it has been able to weather the global financial meltdown of 2008-09, and is insulated from interest coverage risks going forward too.
Strong Operating Cash Flows
Generation of strong operating cash flows is a major investment positive. The company has been regularly generating substantial free cash flows over the years.
Over-reliance on OPEC countries a concern
Riding the surge in crude oil prices, economies of many member countries of OPEC saw tremendous growth over the last few years. However, some economies of the Middle East faced major liquidity issues last year, as the real estate bubble burst. We therefore view the overdependence on OPEC countries, which constitute 70% of the outstanding order book, as a risk. Domestic Demand
The Government’s proposed investments in infrastructure during the 11th and 12th five year plans augur well for the company. Ever increasing summer temperature and per capita income in Metros & Tier I cities will only benefit the company in coming years.
High visibility on revenue growth
With an outstanding order book of Rs4678Cr, and execution rate of ~65% of order book p.a., we believe there is ample visibility on Voltas’s revenue growth over the next 2-3 years.
Acquisitions
The company has a good track record of inorganic growth, which has added synergies to its existing operations, e.g. acquisition of Rohini Electricals Ltd. Voltas may look at acquisitions in the water management space in India and abroad, which could add substantial value to its existing businesses. We believe the scarcity of water in India leads to tremendous potential for the water management business.
Valuation
We expect revenues and post-tax earnings to grow @ 15% and 6% in FY11E respectively and @ 19% and 18% in FY12E respectively. The stock trades at 16.4x FY11E EPS and 13.9x FY12E EPS, and at EV/EBITDA of 11.4x and 9.4x for FY11E and FY12E respectively.

Indian stock markets saw best monthly advance in the month as foreign institutional investors were seen on buying spree as government pledged to cut the fiscal deficit and on speculation that lower interest rates would help kick start growth. Recently, the Union Cabinet has approved the national capital goods policy to spur the capital goods sector. The government believes that the implementation of the capital goods policy is critical and would give much needed help to give a boost to the sector and the ‘Make in India’ initiative. Government’s latest move of slashing the retail savings rate has strengthened the possibility of a rate cut by the RBI next month in the policy meeting scheduled on 5th April.
Buy GTC industries at current levels. It will touch Rs. 180/- Very soon.

For Gujarat Alkali Keep S.L. of Rs.170/= for target Rs.190/=. Below Rs.170/= can come down to Rs.140/= which is not likely at current market position. So better to hold it with approprite S.L. anytime spurt expected.
Regarding Shree Digvijay, it’s a good company. But highly valued now. Wait for sometime before taking a sudden dip in this counter.
Let Lakshmi Mill cross 2500/= before entering this counter.On downside should come to Rs.1700/= or 1800/=.SCHEBECK loks good can buy at this level and hold for long term downside risk negligible.Ansal Housing can be bought with S.L. of Rs.200/=.
Prism Cement keep S.L. of Rs.41/= on fundamental bases should touch Rs.50/= easily.
I am interested in this stock of Lok housing myself but only on close above Rs.300/=. If you are long term investor you can buy this stock even at current market price. Complete turnaround story.

Nucleus management is very strong . There md vision statement is that warren buffet should admire his company or even think to invest in it. they have very good accounting principles. In my view in investing in stocks is all about long term . There are very few people who had conviction in stocks like infosys in 1993 and those who had are laughing towards the bank.

Sir if you do read carefully. I dont belive in S.L. levels. In case of any unconclusive things I do mention S.L. Also my instructions are clear whatever you buy/sell, do buy/sell in equal ammounts and do it first thing in morning. Dont buy anything in morning above 3%. Thats why do read the other page on Intraday Traders. I have tried to mention everything out there.
Check these sir:
2: One should be completely relaxed while trading remember its your money and once lost will not come back. But Recommendations will come and go.
3: The stocks with S.L. are a bit risky ones. But rewards can be high too. Trade in them with extreme caution.

KS Oils Ltd, one of the leading manufacturers of mustard oil in India, is looking at Rs 1,000-crore turnover by the next fiscal by acquiring edible oil plants and intensive retailing. By 2010, it hopes to see a turnover of Rs 3,000 crore. Currently, its turnover is Rs 608 crore. The company recently purchased an edible oil plant in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, and is in the process of acquiring another in Madhya Pradesh, to be finalised in a few weeks.
The company plans to sell its products through leading retailers. Retail forms 20 per cent of total oil sales and the company aims to push up this share to 50 per cent. They have opened 71 Central Distribution Points (CDPs) all over the country and plan to lift the number to 200. The company markets mustard oil under the brand names, namely, Double Sher, Kalash, KS refined, and KS gold, and enjoys market leadership in the edible oil sector in North East and East India.

IndusInd Bank’s net profit has fallen 45 per cent to Rs 17.18 crore (Rs 31.49 crore) during the quarter ended September 30. “The profits were lower mainly due to absence of profit on securitisation in the second quarter and increase in the cost.
New generation private sector, Indusind Bank today got RBI approval for opening 10 more branches and 100 new off-site ATMs.
IndusInd Bank today launched its Indus Gold Debit Card in association with Visa for an annual fee of Rs 350 plus service tax, which, it claimed is the lowest in the industry.
I think the effect of poor result allready discounted in the stock. So wait for sometime with 40/= as S.L.

What we have seen in last three years is the high of business cycle, excerbated by poor policies, and should not be mistaken for an acceleration of Indian Trend.
Though as most valued investor Rakesh Jhunjunwala puts it “All of us are far less confident about the growth potential of our own country.”
Have a look at some of the stocks like Tech Mahi, Educomp, Unitech, India Bulls etc..all at high P/Es on back of good order book nd future growth promises. But the real fact is its only money playing important role. There is an old saying where there is a will there is a way. Simillarly where there is money there is interest, good news and bulls 🙂
Its important for long term investor to look at some of the stock which are at low PEG yet have consistently underperforming in the markets. Look at IPCL Ambani group company at current market price valued at just 0.75 times its sales and 3.5 times its operating profit. Or stocks like Akar Tools(40/=), Aplab(128/=), Faze Three(12/=), Novopan Ind(63/=), Savera Hotel(66/=), Shalimar Paint(170/=) etc. All undervalued at curent price. They have shown really good growth in past few quarters. However the appreciation in their price is least compared to growth in their profits.
So for long term investor its important to look at growth stocks rather then looking at stocks which has allready went up twice or thrice in near term.
Short Term Investor can continue to invest and gain in stocks like Tech Mahi, Educomp, Unitech, India Bulls etc..

North Gate Technology (785/=) has good support at 650/= but at current level buying can be highly risky. Wait for some dip before entring this stock.
Zee(325.85/=) has good support around Rs.290/= keep S.L. and go long in this stock above 340/= can touch 375/=.
IBULLS(464.60/=) keep S.L. and hold this stock for sometime more. Immediate investment in this stock is not recommended at current levels.
Micro Technology(210/=) can be bought only on close above Rs.235/= for the high price that you have mentioned.

I found Micro Technologies very interesting, its trading at very cheap valuation if we see other midcap It companies but I think being a niche player it might can take a hit in its revenues due to any slow down in US. the strength could be the developement of various malls and stores etc. in India could well really give a lot of boost to its revenues.
I would prefer to go with TCI, Gati, Bluedart or Sical logistics if i would like to be in this space becuase the names I have mentioned are quite in this sector and offer good earning visibilty and good business model.
For Dlink I dont have idea. Valuation wise not terribly expensive 15 times current year earnings I think for midcap IT company its more than sufficient.
Rest Bhavin can give u a very good idea better than me :).
Whole commodity sector is question of about demand and supply,if demand is more than supply prices will increase vice versa. In case of sugar the supply has outweighted the demand thats why we have seen the prices getting softer and stocks reacting to this price softening. I heard on CNBC that the sugar will start moving after december as production season will be over in Brazil (the largest producer) so we might see some increase in price. But the two key question remains that whether govt. will all sugar companies to export and ethanol pricing. The other things to look out in sugar companies who ahve their own power captive plants and companies playing on carbon credit.
Although the near term story remains lacklustre but overall the long term story is in intact I believe. But one should remain invested in large cap companies like Baja Hindustan,Balrampur etc depedning on ur risk apetite and investment horizon. I hope I answered ur question.

In media and entertainment I would go with Zee,TV18. I am not convinced with ndtv becuause if u look at the operating numbers they are going down Q on Q. Also NDTv if facing stiff competition in English news by CNN IBN (CNN IBN has retained the top position in matter of time) and in business news by TV18 and CNBC Awaaz. So, if you want to be in this sector try to remain with leaders where there is clear visbility in terms of business.

I think Mukesh is building all the logistic business through its own company Reliance Infrastructure and it has got license also to operate first grade containers also. But u have got confirmed news it could be a big thing for this stock.

“Micro Technologies, MTIL has bagged an order from a reputed domestic petroleum corporation for providing a next generation fleet security and tracking solution for its petroleum tankers. The contract is a major milestone for MTIL as it would give the company a toehold in the huge Rs 50 billion market for such products. Apart from this landmark development, MTIL has posted a robust Q2FY07 performance, closely in line with our expectations. The operating margin, however, notched up a strong positive surprise, expanding 340 bps QoQ and 1,350 bps YoY due to the adoption of the outsourced manufacturing model for its VBB (vehicle black box) and HSS (home security system) range of products.”
“For H1FY07 MTIL has tallied up Rs 478.8 million in revenues which, considering our expectations of Rs 955.3 million for the whole of FY07, would imply a flattish growth in H2FY07. D-Link looks stron on charts. Keep S.L. of 89/= on closing bases but I dont expect much upside movment in this stock in short term.
NDTV can easily touch its previous high of Rs.280/=. Better to switch from this stock to ZEE.
Hind Zinc waiting for fresh trigger.Keep 900/= as S.L. and target 1200/= on cards.
Kalpataru Power seems to be in range. Keep S.L. of 860/=. Definite buy at declines.
If you are short term trder why buy a stock which has not enough of volumes on many days. Watch out for flavours of month, like Shyam Tele, Era Cons, India Infoline, India Bulls etc..Or if you are ready to take that bit of extra risk look at Atalanta, Areva, KS Oil, Emkay, Educomp, Tech Mahindra(Had 50/= rupee upmove in this counter within minute of trading.) etc which i had frequently mentioned at lower levels.
For Rolta 240/= will act as strong resistance. So watch Out.

Actually i heard that there’s some restructuring going to happen and after that stock’s fair price would be 700.Just wanted to cofirm the news.ne idea….
I think it could be well above 700 rupees becuase the current half Eps stands to 86 rupees, so going by even conservative estimates the company might end yaer with somewhere between 150-170 rupees. So giving it a pe of 5 the fair value should be 850 rupees. Also the company has high promoter holding of 88% (approx) and as per SEBI guidelines the promoter holding should be less than 75% and seeing the current situation with company sitting on high cash reserves it is quite unlikely that the company will go for any quity dilution.So the only option left vialble is buyback of shares and that will provide some value unlocking to shareholders as u will get good price to tender your shares and even holding its shares owuld not be any concern as the company dividend payout is quite high.

Cambridge Solutions @ 125/- looks good buy.
Keep S.L. of 170/= at Archies on closing bases. Below 170/= one could easily see 140/= on tickers. Outlook for this stock turns positive on closing above 200/=.
D-Link has good support at current levels though on upside faces steep resistances till 110/= go long on closing above that.
Ranbaxy faces heavy resistance in range of 475/= to 500/= ofcourse seems impossible as of now. So why not wait before taking any further postion in this counter? 😕
If you have long position in Pioneer Embr you can watch following supports: Rs.170/=, Rs.140/=, Rs.110/=. Keep S.L. on closing bases subsequently.
For Cambridge Rs.132/= seems important resistance level. Looks interesting on charts. Strong support at 108/=. Above 132/= can do 150/= easily.
Peninsula Land recommended at 610-615/= was in circuit of 664/= today. All other stocks also gave more then 20% easily on delivery bases in a month’s time. Now watch out for EKC recommended at 606/=, Patel recommended at 444/=, BATA at 205/=, BSEL Infra at 56/= for short term. Those who have bought heavy qty of Peninsula can book pert profit and remain invested with atleast 25% of your holding.

For every 100 shares in ZEE tele one will get 100 shares in Zee Entertainment, 45 shares in Zee News, 50 shares Siticable(WWIL) and 57 shares in Dish TV. For current dnerefer an investor will get sahres only of Siticable and Zee News.Zee Entertainment is yet to get high court approval for demerger of Dish TV. I hope it helps

I think all the stocks you hold are either HOLD or BUY at decline. I dont see any reason to sell these good holdings at current levels. Though you can shift to Mastek which offers 3% dividend yield. More on it is posted in article Subject “Safe Bet”-Dated 28-12-2006.

Peninsula Land Ltd (PLL), formerly known as Morarjee Realties Ltd, is on a huge expansion phase. The listed company of the Rs 2,500-crore Ashok Piramal Group is on the lookout for large acreage projects all over India.
Besides working on three major residential-cum-commercial projects (two thirty-floored towers and a fifty-storeyed tower) in the city, the company is now broadening its portfolio – taking up more specialised projects, creating SEZs and constructing IT parks.

Indian companies stock report (September 17, 2010, Friday)
The key benchmark indices scaled their 32-month high in early trade. However, the market slipped into the red in morning trade, as most Asian stocks and US index futures fell before surging to a fresh 32-month high in afternoon trade after the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), at a mid-term policy review, signaled that it may be nearing a pause in its current tightening cycle. The market came off the higher level later. The market hit a fresh intraday low in late trade. The Sensex came off the lower level later. The Sensex and Nifty closed with losses of 0.4% and 0.6%, respectively. BSE mid and small-cap indices closed down by 1.0% and 0.4%, respectively. Among the front liners, DLF, HDFC, SBI, Maruti Suzuki and L&T gained 1–3%, while Infosys, Reliance Comm., Bharti Airtel, Sterlite Inds and Jaiprakash Associates lost 2–3%. Among mid caps, Alstom Projects, Indraprastha Gas, Alfa Laval, Berger Paints and Redington gained 3–6%, while HT Media, Shree Global, Pantaloon, Jagran Prakashan and Dish TV lost 4–8%.

The markets showed a spectacular recovery after witnessing profit booking in the yesterday’s session and ended on a strong note. All the major sectoral indices ended on a strong note, Oil & Gas and Metal counters being the highest gainers. The Sensex closed at 19,594 up 177 points and the Nifty was at 5,885 up 56 points after making an intra-day high of 5,898. The Mid cap and Small cap indices were up by 1.43% and 0.93% respectively. The breadth of the market was very strong and the total turnover recorded at Rs 1,38,505 Cr. The Sept future ended with 30 points premium.
In FMCG space HUL was up by 2.09%, ITC was up by 1.07% & Dabur was up by 0.78%.
In Metal space Jswsteel was up by 5.29%, Sterlite Inds. was up by 2.41%, Tatasteel was up by 2.25%, Hindalco was up by 1.66%, Sesagoa was up by 1.25% & Sail was up by 0.57%.
In Oil & Gas Space Reliance Inds. was up by 2.31%, Gail was up by 2.19%, BPCL was up by 1.38%, ONGC was up by 0.32%, HPCL was up by 0.09% while IOC was down by 0.63%.
In Auto space M&M was up by 1.67%, Tatamotors was up by 0.82% & Maruti was up by 0.68%.
Amongst the Senex gainers Lupin was up by 6.53%, Ranbaxy was up by 5.98% & Rcom was up by 5.28%.
Amongst the Sensex losers Bank Of Baroda was down by 1.23%, HDFC was down by 1.01% & IDFC was down by 0.90%.

Посмотрев, что маг занимается магией денег, я обратился к нему. В моей ситуации были назначены сроки около 40 суток. Я стал общаться с магом. По окончании сроков я заключил суперский контракт с одной немецкой фирмой. Дела пошли в гору. Александр, спасибо вам, что вытащили из той жуткой ситуации что была у меня.
